We're Clark Influence, an influencer marketing and content agency based in Montreal. We're looking for dedicated, creative and enthusiastic people like you to join the adventure! For the past 5 years, we've been helping leading brands in all sectors with their content and influencer strategies. The majority of our campaigns are realized in North America but we are ambitious and continue our international development. We have already collaborated with more than 2000 influencers and more than 100 brands such as A&W, Bombardier, IGA, Mentos, Liberté, Aéroport de Montréal, Babybel, Office de Tourisme de Guadeloupe, Air France...
The Clark Influence team is looking for its next motion and graphic designer to help us create graphic and multimedia content! We are fortunate to have clients in a variety of fields, a young and dedicated team and fun every day!
Under the responsibility of the Studio Director your main missions are :
As a Graphic and Motion Designer, you will work with the strategy and consulting teams on promotional campaigns, website design, web graphics, infographics, content images and social media illustrations.
Be part of conceptualization brainstorming
Pushing the research process
Creation of moodboards and storyboards to convey concepts
Production and execution
Creation and adaptation of visuals to the agency's various digital formats
Retouching of photos and videos
Creation of static and video content
Promotion of influencer campaigns (pitch)
Influence campaigns for our different clients
Adapting Clark, Klark and Anorak graphic charts for in-house needs
Web design (UX is a plus) - integration on WIX platform
Collaborate with project managers and creative team
Curiosity and creativity
Autonomy, excellent organizational skills, time management and priorities
Sense of aesthetics, precision and detail
Ability to work in a team, team spirit

Passion for social networks, and influence
Design (it goes without saying ;))
Graphic and visual trends
Artistic and digital culture
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position within an agency or advertiser
Technical in design
Bilingual (French / English)
Mastery of the Adobe creative suite, mainly After Effect, Premiere, In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator. Adobe XD, Figma and Lightroom are a plus.

A 15 second animated video
A web page design
All graphic elements, texts, photos and typography will be provided
Love challenges. Not only professionals, it can just as well be played in curling as in the face of a call for tender. If you think you can't do it, then you have to do it!
Be proactive, but really! You love ideas in all their forms and wherever they come from. Any initiative will be welcome.
Have a strong digital culture. Surf until no time to feed on everything that circulates on the web. It's time to go fiber!
Talk about social. In this age of social-first communication, it is essential to know how to tell stories and initiate discussions around brands. Do you think you can give them a social dimension by using their content in a new light? So come! If it's to swing hollow content just to fill a page? Very little for us.
Know how to maintain your network. At Clark, we recruit people capable of forging professional relationships that allow them to always find the little genius who will have the answer to the million bitcoin question. Whether he's three blocks away, or doing a production in Gaspésie.
