Clark Influence is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Canada and the U.S. As part of our Toronto team, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with brands and agencies, and contributing to the ongoing success of one of North America’s fastest-growing influencer and social marketing agencies.

Your main missions will be :

Tasks

Business Development

— Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach, prospecting, and CRM management.
— Identify and qualify new opportunities with brands and agencies in the U.S. and across Canada.
— Represent Clark at trade shows, industry events, and marketing conferences, meeting potential clients and helping grow the agency’s visibility through conversations, networking, and social media presence.
— Prepare and participate in weekly sales meetings and reporting.
— Support the creation and evolution of sales materials (case studies, agency deck, service one-pagers, training materials, and web content).

Strategic Support

— Collaborate with internal teams to respond to RFPs and proposals.
— Conduct research, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to inform recommendations.
— Work hand in hand with strategy and creative teams to shape strategic thinking and craft impactful proposals for potential clients.
— Contribute to business development initiatives and special projects that help raise Clark’s visibility in new markets.

Professional skills

— Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
— Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
— A genuine passion for marketing, creator economy culture, and creativity.

Requirements

— 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in an agency or media environment).
— Excellent written and verbal English skills (French is an asset, but not required).
— Proficiency with Google Workspace and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
