Role
Are you creative, dynamic and passionate about the world of social media? The #TeamClark is looking for its next Social Media Specialist to join us on various projects!
Tasks
— Building brand voices: Defining and managing our customers' editorial strategy on social networks with a touch of originality that sets them apart from the competition.
— Community management: Ensuring an active and engaging presence, by creating authentic, high-quality community
exchanges.
— Creativity and innovation:
Imagining new ways to federate and engage our clients' and prospects' communities with proactivity and originality.
— Collaboration and Creation:
Managing the design of visuals and videos with our production team and partners.
— Content and Influence:
Developing a cross-disciplinary vision of content and influencer marketing to optimize our clients' editorial strategies.
— Monitoring:
Staying on top of trends through editorial monitoring and competitor auditing.
— Performance analysis and reporting: Measuring the performance of your digital strategies and presenting the results and optimizations to our clients.
Professional skills
— You know how to juggle several projects at once, without ever losing your rigor or sense of organization.
— Social platforms hold no secrets for you: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads (and more) and their management tools.
— You're proactive and independent, able to take the initiative while remaining attentive to each client's needs.
— You have a good understanding of the Canadian culture. Bilingualism is a big plus!
— As a team player, you enjoy working with a variety of teams and interacting with different departments to ensure coherent, effective initiatives.
Requirements
— You have solid experience (at least 3 years) in community management and proven expertise in supporting clients while managing several key accounts with flair.
—Passionate about social media (Facebook, blogues, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Clubhouse, Twitch…) and new technologies
