Generate opportunities where none yet exist.
You are at the heart of Clark's growth: you identify, approach, and convert new prospects through creative, personalized, and ambitious prospecting strategies.
Tasks
🎯 Your role within the sales team:
Prospecting & Acquisition
✦ Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts (brands, advertisers, partners)
✦ Deploy proactive and targeted prospecting (LinkedIn, email, direct messages, one-to-one approaches)
✦ Design differentiating outreach strategies to stand out in a highly competitive market
Creative Prospecting & Growth
✦ Create impactful initial contacts that spark genuine business conversations
✦ Continuously test new approaches, angles, and prospecting formats to pique prospects' curiosity and initiate discussions
✦ Analyze the performance of actions taken and optimize methods
✦ Stay constantly informed about influencer, social media, and marketing trends
Pipeline & Closing Support
✦ Structure and manage your sales pipeline (CRM, tracking, follow-ups, prioritization)
✦ Prepare sales meetings and contribute to proposals Strategic
✦ Work closely with internal teams to transform leads into concrete projects
✦ Share your field insights and participate in the agency's sales rituals
Strategic Contribution & Outreach
✦ Participate in responding to calls for tenders during the initial stages
✦ Propose business or visibility initiatives for the agency
✦ Contribute to Clark Influence's visibility and differentiated market positioning
Professional skills
✦ Growth hacker mindset, but B2B version: curious, resourceful, autonomous, and solution-oriented
✦ Strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✦ Excellent writing skills: you know how to write impactful, clear, and engaging messages
✦ Excellent interpersonal skills
✦ Comfortable making initial contact and engaging in professional exchanges
✦ Very good knowledge of social media and the influencer ecosystem
✦ Good understanding of the Quebec and Canadian markets
✦ Bilingual in French and English (professional English required)
✦ Proficient with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and CRM tools. Knowledge of design or presentation is a significant asset.
Requirements
✦ Minimum 2 years of agency experience (advertising, influencer marketing, media, social media, or marketing), essential for understanding the realities of the industry.
✦ Degree in business, administration, marketing, or a related field.
✦ Experience or strong interest in new business development, prospecting, or sales.
