We are Clark Influence, an influencer and content marketing agency based in Montreal, Paris and Toronto. We are looking for committed, creative and enthusiastic people like you to join the adventure! For 5 years, we have been supporting renowned brands, across all sectors, in their content and influence strategy. The majority of our campaigns are operating in North America but we are ambitious to continue our international development. We have already collaborated with more than 2000 influencers and more than 100 brands such as A&W, Bombardier, IGA, Mentos, Liberté, Montreal Airport, Babybel, Guadeloupe Tourist Office, Air France...
Role
Thanks to your creativity, platform understanding, and social media instincts, you will be able to:
✦ Imagine, produce, and edit content specifically designed for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
✦ Create content that quickly captures attention and generates engagement.
✦ Understand trends, formats, and audience behavior to transform insights into concrete ideas.
✦ Participate in the ideation of creative concepts for social media and influencer campaigns.
✦ Collaborate with strategy, creative, and influencer teams to develop content aligned with brand objectives.
✦ Move from idea to execution: scripting, filming, editing, and delivering content.
✦ Stay constantly on top of new trends, creators, formats, and algorithmic changes.
Tasks
✦ Create short, dynamic, and engaging video content tailored to the conventions of each platform.
✦ Participate in the planning and production of studio, event, and on-location shoots.
✦ Edit high-performing videos with a strong focus on pacing, hooks, and viewer retention.
✦ Develop original content ideas aligned with current cultural and social trends.
✦ Design clear and visually compelling creative presentations for clients.
✦ Collaborate with internal teams as well as external content creators and partners.
✦ Participate in content performance analysis to optimize creative approaches.
✦ Stay informed about social media platforms, web trends, and the creator economy.
✦ Contribute to the agency's creative influence and the evolution of social media practices.
Professional skills
✦ You are passionate about social media and these platforms are part of your daily life.
✦ You understand the mechanics of content that generates attention and engagement.
✦ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, or agency work.
✦ Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or other creation and editing tools.
✦ Good understanding of native formats like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
✦ Ability to film and produce content independently.
✦ Knowledge of production basics: lighting, audio, framing, and storytelling.
Requirements
✦ Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
✦ Keen attention to detail, creativity, and initiative.
✦ Bilingualism (French-English) is an asset.

IMPORTANT: To properly assess your creative potential, we need a portfolio including several recent and varied videos. We pay particular attention to storytelling, editing, pacing, and your understanding of the social media conventions of each platform.
If your profile is selected, you will be invited to participate in Phase 2, which includes a creative case study.
