To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist to join our team. This person will play a key role in the development of Clark's performance marketing expertise. Beyond campaign management, they will help evolve our methodologies, tools and paid media offering to support our growth across Canada and internationally.

Your Mission:

You have several years of experience in acquisition marketing, paid media and digital advertising. You enjoy analyzing performance, optimizing campaigns, testing new creative approaches and turning content into measurable business results.

You will work at the heart of our social-first strategies, developing and scaling paid media initiatives that amplify content, influencer and brand campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Tasks

1) Campaign Management & Optimization

— Define, plan, launch and optimize paid media and acquisition strategies across:
✦ Meta
✦ TikTok
✦ LinkedIn
✦ Snapchat
✦ Google
✦ YouTube
✦ Additional platforms based on client needs

— Manage media budgets and ensure rigorous performance tracking

— Optimize campaigns against key performance indicators including:
✦ CPM
✦ CPC
✦ CTR
✦ CPA
✦ ROAS
✦ MER
✦ Conversions
✦ Leads
✦ Acquisitions
✦ Engagement
✦ Video views

— Conduct A/B testing on audiences, bidding strategies and ad formats to maximize performance and conversion rates

2) Strategy & Performance

— Contribute to the development of large-scale media plans
Identify the most relevant channels, formats and audiences based on client objectives
— Uncover opportunities for optimization and campaign scaling
— Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve creative performance
— Actively contribute to conversations around social-first marketing, high-performing content and paid amplification strategies

3) Analytics & Reporting

— Implement and validate tracking infrastructure, including pixels, tags and conversion events
— Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
— Prepare clear reports and translate data into meaningful insights for clients and internal teams
— Monitor budget pacing and overall media investment performance

4) Innovation & Industry Leadership

— Continuously test new formats, audiences and advertising approaches
— Stay informed on platform updates, trends and media innovations
— Contribute to the evolution of the agency's paid media expertise and best practices

5) Client Relationships & Internal Collaboration

— Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding paid media initiatives
— Participate in monthly client meetings
— Develop and present monthly and quarterly performance reports
— Confidently challenge client assumptions and recommendations when appropriate
— Collaborate closely with internal social media, influencer and strategy teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
— Participate in brainstorming sessions, pitches and client presentations
— Mentor and support junior team members when needed

Professional skills

— Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results
— Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
— Autonomous, organized, proactive and highly accountable
— Passion for social media, content and digital culture
— Bilingual in French and English

Requirements

— Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media and/or paid social
— Agency experience is strongly preferred
— Strong expertise in:

✦ TikTok Ads Manager
✦ LinkedIn — Campaign Manager
✦ Google Tag Manager (GTM)
✦ Conversion API
✦ Google Analytics (GA4)

— Solid understanding of:
