To support our continued growth, we are looking for a passionate Senior Social Media Strategist who thrives on platforms, trends and delivering meaningful business results for clients.

Your Mission:

Act as a strategic partner to our clients by developing high-performing social media strategies, ensuring seamless account management and contributing to the growth of agency accounts.

You will manage a portfolio of clients and collaborate closely with our creative, influencer marketing, content production and paid media teams to deliver social-first strategies aligned with each brand's business objectives.

Beyond day-to-day account management, you will play a key role in strategic planning, presenting recommendations, managing account budgets and mentoring junior team members.

Tasks

1) Strategy & Consulting

— Develop social media strategies aligned with client business objectives
— Build annual, quarterly and monthly content plans and strategic recommendations
— Identify opportunities for growth, innovation and optimization
— Advise clients on industry best practices, platform trends and emerging opportunities
— Participate in playbooks, strategic workshops, brainstorming sessions and client presentations

2) Account Management & Client Relationships

— Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts
— Oversee day-to-day account management and ensure deadlines are met
— Lead client meetings and present strategic documents and recommendations
— Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
— Anticipate client needs, challenges and business opportunities
— Participate in annual budget planning and account forecasting
— Ensure budgets are respected and resources are allocated effectively

3) Analytics & Performance

— Interpret performance data and identify key insights
— Present monthly, quarterly and annual reports to clients
— Develop actionable recommendations based on campaign and content performance
— Collaborate with paid media teams to optimize overall campaign performance

4) Leadership & Collaboration

— Support and mentor junior team members
— Contribute to the development of agency processes, methodologies and best practices
— Collaborate closely with creative, influencer, content and paid media teams
— Help maintain Clark's high standards of excellence across all client work

Professional skills

— Significant experience in client account management
— Excellent ability to present strategies and results to clients at various organizational levels
— Structured and methodical approach to project management
— Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and work autonomously
— Positive leadership and ability to mentor and support more junior colleagues

Requirements

— Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or within an agency environment
— Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices, including
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads (and more), as well as their management tools
— Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate performance data in a clear and actionable way
— Experience managing budgets and planning client engagements/campaigns
— Bilingualism in French and English
