We are Clark Influence, an influencer and content marketing agency based in Montreal, Paris and Toronto. We are looking for committed, creative and enthusiastic people like you to join the adventure! For 5 years, we have been supporting renowned brands, across all sectors, in their content and influence strategy. The majority of our campaigns are operating in North America but we are ambitious to  continue our international development. We have already collaborated with more than 2000 influencers and more than 100 brands such as A&W, Bombardier, IGA, Mentos, Liberté, Montreal Airport, Babybel, Guadeloupe Tourist Office, Air France...

Role

✦ With your creativity, platform knowledge, and strong social instincts, you will:
✦ Conceptualize, produce, and edit content specifically designed for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
✦ Create content that captures attention quickly and drives engagement.
✦ Understand trends, formats, and audience behaviors in order to turn insights into concrete ideas.
✦ Participate in the ideation of creative concepts for social media and influencer campaigns.
✦ Collaborate with strategy, creative, and influencer teams to develop content aligned with brand objectives.
✦ Bring ideas to life from concept to execution: scripting, filming, editing, and final delivery.
✦ Stay constantly on top of emerging trends, creators, formats, and algorithm updates.

Tasks

✦ Create short-form video content that is dynamic, engaging, and adapted to the codes of each platform.
✦ Participate in the planning and production of shoots in studio, at events, or on location.
✦ Edit high-performing videos with strong attention to pacing, hooks, and retention.
✦ Develop original content ideas tied to current cultural and social trends.
✦ Design creative presentations that are clear and visually compelling for clients.
✦ Collaborate with internal teams, creators, and external partners.
✦ Participate in content performance analysis to optimize creative approaches.
✦ Maintain constant monitoring of social platforms, web trends, and the creator economy.
✦ Contribute to the agency’s creative reputation and the evolution of social media best practices.

Professional skills

✦ You are passionate about social media and platforms are part of your everyday life.
✦ You understand the mechanics behind content that generates attention and engagement.
✦ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, or agency environments.
✦ Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or other content creation/editing tools.
✦ Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts native formats.
✦ Ability to film and produce content autonomously.
✦ Knowledge of production fundamentals: lighting, audio, framing, and storytelling.

Requirements

✦ Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
✦ Strong attention to detail, creativity, and initiative.
✦ French-English bilingualism is considered an asset.

IMPORTANT : To properly evaluate your creative potential, we require a portfolio featuring several recent and varied videos. We pay close attention to storytelling, editing, pacing, and your understanding of each platform’s social codes.
