At Clark, we believe that a story well told by the right person has the power to make a difference. While our daily work involves devising creative and effective campaigns for our clients, we are also committed to putting our expertise to work for causes that are important to us. At the start of this new year, we are proud to unveil our latest pro bono* project : an annual partnership with the association Culture pour l’Enfance.

Why is this project important to us ? We often hear about the “culture of emptiness” on social media. At Clark, we see exactly the opposite : influence is a powerful tool for shining a light on essential but sometimes vulnerable sectors.

Supporting culture means giving children the tools they need to flourish.

To give this project the ambition it deserves, we assembled a dedicated team : a Creative Strategist to develop the annual vision and a Project Manager to coordinate each activation in the field with the creators.

When we launched this collaboration, creator Anna @grandebavardeuse accompanied us to Torcy for a theater workshop. It wasn't a class, it was a moment of freedom for around thirty students, including those in the ULIS program.

Through Anna's lens, we discover children who are easily embracing culture. They told her about their memories in front of the “swirl” staircase and the gilding at the Jacquemart-André Museum during a previous outing with the association, and gave some recommendations that we encourage you to check out.

What struck us most was the impact on their self-confidence, which was visible within minutes of the workshop. Theater allows them to become aware of their bodies, to respect the personalities of others, and to dare to express themselves. In talking with Anna, they prove that culture is a foundation for the adults they will become tomorrow.

This moment in Torcy is only the first chapter for the association, and we aim to increase our activities with creators throughout the year to continue promoting the work of Culture pour l'Enfance, which builds bridges between young people and the world of the arts.

Stay tuned, more great stories are coming soon!

*Pro bono : support provided free of charge, without financial compensation.
